Returns Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy. To request a return, contact us at Pawfectgiftbox@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returnable items need to be received within 30 days of delivery. For your return to be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You are liable for postage costs associated with a returned item unless we have agreed otherwise.

Damages and issues: Please check your item as soon as it is delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, we’d recommend that you request a return on the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we have received and checked your returned item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take a number of days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your bank account.
