We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service to the UK, which takes 2-4 working days. For faster delivery, Royal Mail Express Track 24 Delivery Service is available at checkout, taking 1-2 working days. Please allow 1-2 working days processing time from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following week. During busy times (e.g., Christmas), processing times could be up to 1-3 working days. Local Collection: We are based in Westbury, Wiltshire, and offer collection by appointment only. Please message us for more information.

We are now taking pre-orders for Birthdays, Special Events and Christmas. We also offer Bespoke Gift Boxes. We offer a 10% Discount off all Bespoke orders of 10 or more gift boxes. All our gift boxes are packed with shredding to protect the contents, sealed with tissue paper and a ribbon of your choice. All items will be posted in parcel bags to add extra protection during bad weather and transit. Free personalisation and gift note is also available at time of purchase.

We are based in Westbury, Wiltshire and offer collection Monday to Saturday by appointment only. All items can be paid for during checkout or at time of collection. We accept cash payments, card payments including Paypal and bank transfers. Please send us a message if you have any questions or wish to arrange a collection appointment.
